3. Usage Guidelines

Overloading: Overloading may result in additional charges or refusal of excess materials.

4. Client Responsibilities

Compliance: Clients must ensure all waste is disposed of in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Access: Clients must provide clear access for the delivery and collection of the skip.
Damage: Any damage to property during the placement or removal of the skip must be reported immediately.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

Delivery: Provide the skip in good condition and at the agreed time.
Collection: Ensure timely removal of the skip upon completion of the rental period.
Disposal: Dispose of the collected waste in an environmentally responsible manner.

6. Liability

Skip Hire Finchley is not liable for:

Loss or damage to property not caused by the provider.
Any injuries sustained during the loading or unloading of the skip.
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is made within the stipulated notice period.
Non-refundable Fees: Any costs already incurred are non-refundable.
